Needed a place to stay nearby because a tree fell on our house during a windstorm. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are very nice! Well-stocked with linens and amenities. Reasonable rates.
Great place for a good price. Owner was so friendly and happy to accommodate to whatever we needed for our room. Pack n' play was provided for our baby. Rooms looked recently remodeled and very clean. Location was perfect for West Glacier National Park. A 15 minute drive to the park entrance, about an hour and a half drive to Saint Mary's. A grocery store and a few restaurants not even 2 minutes away. Would definitely stay again!
Don’t let the exterior of this hotel fool you. The rooms are updated and have very comfortable beds. The bathrooms are spacious with a large walk-in shower. The rooms include flat screen televisions, mini refrigerator, dining table and chairs and other amenities you would find in a high end hotel. They also have laundry facilities, offer coffee at the front desk as well as the motel room and a simple continental breakfast. The hotel is located about 15 minutes from the West entrance to Glacier Park. We will definitely stay there again.
This place was fantastic. They have odd front desk operational hours. Bear spray is free to borrow. The room had two queen beds. Both of which were comfortable with four pillows each. Back to old school hotel rooms with an AC that worked amazingly and cooled down the room. Black out curtains that kept the room dark. Great shower pressure. Sink on the outside which was wonderful. TV, fridge and microwave. Cheap and 20 minutes outside the park. Would recommend staying here. 10/10.
We stayed here 3 nights and don't have a single complaint. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The area was quiet and felt welcoming. They have coin laundry and are located close to the park. They even had extra bear spray from past guests that we could use.
After driving east-west through Glacier National Park, we were looking for a place close to the west entrance so we could go back in early the next morning. It was about 930pm when I called and asked Lucinda if she had any rooms available (otherwise we considered sleeping in the truck). Luckily she did, so we swung in 5 min later and checked in. She was super nice and even though it was late, took the time to explain everything we needed to know. The room was great! Clean, 2 queen beds, a dresser that looked brand new, small table, microwave, and mini fridge. Oh and a smart TV! Small sink with mirror and great lighting, and a shower and toilet. Don't overlook this place just because it's a motel, it's a gem!
We stayed at the Mini Golden Inn for 4 nights, and it was absolutely PERFECT! Four adults shared the two-bedroom suite, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The location is ideal for easy access to Glacier National Park, and having a fully equipped kitchen made it so convenient to prepare our sandwiches and snacks for long days of hiking. The rooms were spotless and the beds were super comfortable after full days on the trails. The air conditioners worked excellent. Everything about this motel exceeded our expectations. I can’t recommend the Mini Golden Inn enough, and we’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip!
